I have been thinking about this project that we have to do for class. The media that i like the most is photography. So I guess I will be doing photography about photography? Sorry that sounds so weird, but that is what I get about all of them. Do a video about a video? Do a song about a song? What does that even mean? Yes, we have to explore the medium within the medium. Well, what I took from it is that I am going to explore the depth in a photograph. How a same picture set up shot at different lengths can affect the viewer. Cause you can do a close up with maybe only the subject and a fiew things in the shot and then take one from far away and all new atmosphere comes into play. I want to see if I can make the viewer feel one thing with one photograph, have the same shot at a different distance and see if I can make the viewer feel something else. I'll elaborate more on it for my proposal.
